To do so:
- Click the “Log in” button.
- Then click “Register”.
- Select “I am a business”.
You can then fill in the required fields to create your account. Make sure you enter your VAT number correctly.

2. I am a business customer looking for a professional coffee machine. Do you offer them?
Yes, we offer professional coffee machines! The most suitable model depends on how you plan to use it, how many coffees you prepare each day, and the nature of your business.
You can browse our professional machine catalogue on our website: www.cdsautomaten.be.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at one of the following email addresses:
One of our advisors will be happy to assist you and help you find the solution best suited to your needs.
3. I placed my order XX days ago and still have not received it. What should I do?
If you placed your order on a Friday, it will be prepared the following Monday.
For more information, see our page about deliveries and collections
Have you received no information from our current carrier, DPD?
Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find any information there, contact us so that we can send you your parcel tracking link.
We will also check your parcel’s progress using our detailed tracking tool. If we notice anything unusual, we will let you know and share the available tracking information.
Did you place your order on a day other than Friday and receive no information from our carrier?
In very rare cases, a manual error or system malfunction may cause an order to be misclassified. It may then appear as shipped even though it has not been processed correctly.
Of course, this is an exceptional situation. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via our contact form or directly at info@homebarista.be.
4. My items arrived damaged. What should I do?
Have you noticed damage at the time of delivery?
If you notice that the parcel or its contents are damaged when the courier delivers it, we recommend refusing the delivery. The parcel will then be returned to us.
Please let us know so that we can find a suitable solution.
Have you already accepted the delivery, or was the parcel left at your door?
If you notice that your items are damaged after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homebarista.be.
Please attach photos of the parcel and and the damaged items to your email.
Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, excluding non-working days. After this period, it may be very difficult to establish that the damage occurred during transport rather than afterwards.
5. The tracking information says my parcel was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
If your tracking number shows that the parcel was delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible at info@homebarista.be.
We will open an investigation with our carrier to locate your parcel.
The estimated investigation times are as follows:
- Deliveries within Belgium: up to 5 days.
- International deliveries: up to 10 days.
We will send you a document to complete as part of the investigation.
If the carrier officially confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will send your order again.
6. My device (coffee machine, grinder, scale, etc.) is faulty. What should I do?
If your device is still under warranty and the fault was not caused by a fall, breakage, misuse or a similar reason, we will be able to help.
We will first try to resolve the issue remotely, identify its cause and, if possible, get your device working again.
If remote assistance is not sufficient, we will repair your device in our workshop.
For more information about repair times, see the question: “How long should I allow for my device to be repaired?”
If the device needs to be returned to our workshop, we will explain the entire procedure by email.
I bought my device from you, but it is no longer under warranty. What should I do?
Contact us and we will explain the next steps. We generally provide a repair quotation so that you know the repair cost and the cost of any required parts.
If you decline the repair or quotation, a fee of €50 including VAT will be charged to cover the time our technician spent inspecting your device.
7. I do not want to go without coffee for too long! How long should I allow for my device to be repaired?
We try to repair devices handled by our workshop within 10 working days of receipt.
However, this timeframe may be extended if a required part is out of stock. Additional time may then be needed, particularly to source the part.
This situation is relatively rare. If it occurs, we will let you know.
Our workshop also handles professional machines, which may occasionally require urgent work. In exceptional cases, this may extend the repair time for your machine, grinder or other device.
8. You offer a G-iota XX grinder. Is it the same model as the DFXX?
Yes! G-iota is the name we chose to market the DF-series grinders we imported a few years ago, including the DF54, DF64 and DF83 models.
DF is the manufacturer’s original designation. In North America, these grinders are also sold under the TURIN brand.
They are therefore models from the same product range, marketed under different names depending on the market.
9. Is the grinder I want to buy the latest version (V4, V5, etc.)?
It is important to know that names such as V4, V5 and others do not necessarily refer to official versions defined by the manufacturer.
These names are often used by the community to distinguish different iterations of a model, even when the changes are relatively minor, such as a change in the material or coating of the burrs.
Some retailers may also use their own names to distinguish their offers from those of competitors.
For our G-iota 54 mm (DF54) and G-iota Gen 2 (DF64 Gen 2) grinders, we regularly replenish our stock. We therefore offer the latest version available from our supplier.
10. I cannot clearly distinguish the colour of an item (cup, saucer or other product). How can I find out its actual colour?
Please feel free to contact us! We will be happy to help.
We can send you recent photos of the item taken directly from our stock, from different angles and under different lighting conditions.
We know that colours can look different depending on the lighting and surroundings. There may therefore be slight differences between the photos on our website and the item’s actual colour.
11. The colour of the Loveramics cups I ordered varies between items. Why?
Loveramics products are handmade. Slight colour variations may therefore occur between items with the same reference.
These differences are normal variations that can occur as part of the handmade manufacturing process.
However, if you notice a significant colour difference between two items with the same reference and find this difference unacceptable, please contact us at info@homebarista.be.
We will review your request and look for a suitable solution.
12. I am not satisfied with my purchase. Can I get a return label, and where should I drop off the parcel?
You may return an item if you exercise your right of withdrawal within the applicable period of 14 working days from the day after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
For the full procedure and applicable conditions, please see our returns page:
https://homebarista.be/en/shipping-delivery
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Homebarista.be / CDS Automaten does not cover return shipping costs. You may choose your preferred carrier, such as DPD, UPS, FedEx, etc.
Please let us know if you intend to return an item.
Can’t find a suitable carrier near you?
We understand that finding a suitable delivery service can be difficult in some areas.
In that case, we can provide you with a return label. The corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from your refund based on the rates listed on our shipping and delivery page.
Where should I drop off the parcel once the return label has been attached?
Once the label is attached, simply drop off your parcel at a DPD parcel shop.
You can find your nearest parcel shop by entering your postcode on this website:
https://www.dpdgroup.com/be/mydpd/parcel-shops
IMPORTANT: Please protect the contents of the parcel carefully with foam or bubble wrap to prevent damage during transport (you will be held responsible if the contents are damaged in transit).
13. I own a XXX-brand coffee machine that I did not buy from you. Can you repair or service it?
Due to the increasing workload in our workshop, we can unfortunately no longer accept machines that were not purchased from Homebarista.be or CDS Automaten.
The manufacturer’s website says you are an authorised repairer. Why won’t you accept my machine?
Some of our partners do indeed list us as an authorised repairer.
However, due to our current capacity, we are only repairing machines purchased from Homebarista.be or CDS Automaten.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and repair every machine from across Europe.
14. I have not received a reply to my email. What should I do?
