DELIVERY
Since only products in stock are available for order, we can process orders within 2 to 3 days. Each order is always handled with the utmost care.
The delivery dates mentioned on our site are indicative only.
CDS Automaten uses external parties for delivery, which may influence the delivery. CDS Automaten takes no responsibility if the delivery is late, or if the order is lost due to the fault of third parties, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. If an order already shipped is not delivered within the specified time, an investigation will be made with the carrier, which may take several days. During this period it is not possible to make a refund or a replacement shipment.
For each order, a tracking link will be sent to your email address via the carrier.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to allow delivery at the agreed place, in his presence or in the presence of an address designated by him. If the Buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the Buyer must follow the procedure proposed by the external carrier.
The risk passes to the Buyer as soon as the ordered products are received by the Buyer or a third party designated by him. In principle, every delivery requires the signature of a delivery confirmation, but the absence of such signature does not affect the transfer of risk.
The Buyer is solely responsible for the installation of the purchased products. The Buyer confirms that he has read all instructions relating to the installation and safety of the products.

Collection
The customer has the option to pick up the products he ordered at our pickup point within 7 days during business hours. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer as soon as his order is available.

Note: If the Pick-Up option is selected by mistake, CDS Automaten reserves the right to send an additional payment link for shipping costs. In case of order cancellation, a €25.00 administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
