Eureka introduced the new Mignon Silent Range for home baristas at Milano Host in 2017:
Silenzio is the version similar to the current Mignon, with the ability to switch from Manual to Timer mode.
Specialità is the version designed for barista: 55 mm burrs for higher grinding speed, universal "Hands-Free" fork and display Touch with 2 programmable doses plus continuous mode.
Perfetto is the version designed for the most demanding coffee lovers: in addition to the Touch display with 2 programmable doses, Perfetto is equipped with the special "Easy Setting" system to facilitate grinding control.
