The G-Iota CF64V variable-speed, single-dose coffee grinder features horizontally oriented burrs, leveraging gravity to ensure minimal grind retention. Its burr carrier is designed with a sturdy square shape and secured by four holding screws, providing exceptional stability and consistent grinding performance. Equipped with 64mm DLC-coated flat burrs, the G-Iota CF64V guarantees precise and uniform results. The stepless adjustment dial allows effortless fine-tuning for espresso. Versatile and reliable, it accommodates all grind sizes, including espresso, filter brewing, and Turkish coffee. With near-zero retention, the G-Iota CF64V includes a side-mounted knocker to clear any remaining grounds from the chute. Additionally, the exit chute is fitted with a plasma generator (also known as an ionizer) that effectively eliminates static for a clean and smooth workflow.

Brushless DC Motor & Variable Speed:
The quiet yet powerful brushless DC motor operates at adjustable speeds ranging from 800 to 1800 RPM, offering precise control over the grinding process. This flexibility allows you to fine-tune the grind size and optimize performance for various brewing methods.

DLC-Coated 64mm Flat Burrs:
The 64mm stainless steel flat burrs are coated with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon), providing exceptional durability and performance. The DLC coating boasts a low friction coefficient and self-lubricating properties due to its diamond-like structure, ensuring smoother operation and reduced wear over time. The high hardness and superior adhesion of the coating prevent peeling, even under stress during burr alignment. Additionally, the non-metallic nature of the coating effectively reduces static buildup, preventing coffee grounds from sticking to the burrs and making cleaning effortless.

Plasma Generator (Ionizer):
The exit chute is equipped with a plasma generator (also known as an ionizer), which eliminates static electricity, ensuring a clean, mess-free workflow and preventing coffee grounds from clinging to surfaces.

True Zero Retention:
Even without a bellow, this grinder achieves near-zero retention. The blow-out funnel with a lid ensures that any residual coffee grounds in dead spaces are completely cleared, maintaining freshness and consistency between grinds.
