The G-Iota CF64V variable-speed single-dose coffee grinder features horizontally aligned burrs that use gravity to ensure minimal coffee retention. Its sturdy square burr carrier, secured with four screws, provides exceptional stability and consistent grinding performance.

Equipped with 64 mm flat burrs coated with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon), the G-Iota CF64V delivers precise and uniform grind results. The micrometric adjustment dial allows easy and accurate tuning, making it ideal for espresso while remaining suitable for filter coffee and Turkish coffee.

With near-zero retention, the grinder includes a side lever to clear remaining grounds from the chute. The chute is also fitted with a plasma generator (ionizer) that neutralizes static electricity for a cleaner workflow.
