Directions for Espresso Machines:
- Add the contents of the sachet to 1 liter of warm water, dissolve, and pour into the water tank.
- Remove the filter holder and turn the machine on.
- Place a cup under the brew spout and run about 1 cup of the descaling solution. Run about ¼ cup through the steam arm. (For fully automatic machines, run the entire solution through the steam wand, setting it to hot water mode rather than steam).
- Let it stand for 15 minutes, then repeat the process. Continue repeating until all the solution has been used.
- Rinse thoroughly by flushing one full tank of clean, fresh water through the system, exiting through the brew head and steam wand.
Directions for Kettles:
- Fill the kettle 3/4 full with potable water.
- Add 1 sachet (25g) of Renew Descaler.
- Boil the kettle.
- Discard the boiled solution.
- Rinse and boil again with fresh water.
Directions for Coffee Brewers:
- Add the contents of the sachet to 1 liter of warm water and dissolve.
- Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
