Cafetto MFC Tabs Red 4.0 are professional acidic cleaning tablets developed for the maintenance of milk systems in automatic and commercial coffee machines. Their high-performance formula effectively removes limescale, milk stone and mineral deposits from milk lines, automatic milk frothers and milk system components.

Weekly use helps prevent blockages, maintains hygienic milk circuits and extends the life of coffee equipment. The tablets dissolve quickly, produce low foam and are safe for coffee machine components when used as directed.

For complete milk system maintenance, Cafetto recommends daily cleaning with MFC Tabs White 4.0 and weekly cleaning with MFC Tabs Red 4.0.

Cleaning the milk system

Flush the milk system with approximately 250 ml of fresh water.
Dissolve 1 tablet in 250 ml of warm water.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Run the solution through the milk system following the coffee machine manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
Rinse the container.
Fill the container with 1 litre of clean water and run a complete rinse cycle.

Recommended frequency

Once a week.
Recommended for heavy-use machines or in hard water areas.
