Provence is equipped with a replacement filter, an easy-to-fill hinged lid and a filter life meter. The AQUAPHOR A5 filter cartridge irreversibly blocks contaminants and is very effective against heavy metals in drinking water by combining different filtration methods. More filter media and a pre-filter on top, give A5 a longer life in cloudy or contaminated water.

More filter media, combined with a pre-filter on top of the cartridge, gives the A5 a longer life in cloudy water. The cap is a pre-filter for rust, silt and sand, which prevents clogging of the main sorption block.

The extra fine activated coconut carbon, ion exchange resin and AQUALENT remove chlorine, organic compounds, pesticides, phenols, heavy metals and other harmful substances. AQUALENT is the patented sorbent based on ion-exchange fibers, which permanently absorbs all heavy metals, including lead, copper, mercury, cadmium and arsenic.
