The Marco Ottomatic brings home the professional pour-over brewing experience

The Marco Ottomatic automates the filter brewing process usually managed by a skilled barista in a specialty coffee shop. By managing time, temperature and turbulence, the Ottomatic facilitates even, consistent extraction and ensures that every cup of coffee brewed at home is delicious, barista-standard.

Designed to work with the iconic Chemex coffee carafe and its patented filters, the Ottomatic delivers the perfect cup of coffee every time with no sediment or bitter elements. The system automatically manages key brewing variables including pre-infusion, contact time of water to coffee and precise water heating to the specialty coffee industry target temperature. "Greedy cup" spray head technology uses a staged brewing cycle and pulsing water bath to ensure steady temperature and saturation of entire coffee bed for even extraction. The hot plate keeps coffee warm without burning or compromising flavor.

The Marco Ottomatic coffee maker is equipped with a 6-cup glass carafe and is also compatible with all 3, 5, 6 and 8-cup Chemex brewers.

Automatically manages key brewing variables such as:
- Pre-Infusion
- Contact time of water to coffee
- Heating water to the Specialty Coffee Industry target temp (92°C - 96°C)
- Hot Plate which keeps the coffee warm without burning or compromising flavour
- Automatic safety shut-off after 45 minutes
