Then , afther concentrateing it by evaporating a portion of water, it is agglomerated. Owing to specially chosen parameters of agglomeration, our milk acquires a unique structure and properties to work idally for vending machines. The properties of the end product are obtained only by proper selection of processing parameters, such as time and temperature. Our milk does not contain any addictives or synthetic substances. As a result, we obtain a product which pours easily in the container, dissolves instantly and forms natural froth on the surface of the drink.
