Designed by the Research and Development team at ONA Coffee, the STEM is designed to be lightweight, strong and easy to use and incorporate into a workspace.
STEM works as a platform between your machine and scales, protecting your scales from water damage and allowing baristas to have more room and freedom then they would with scales on their drip trays.
