The Nucleus Coffee Tools NCD is a premium adjustable espresso coffee distributor designed by former World Barista Champion Sasa Sestic. It is engineered to distribute ground coffee evenly across the filter basket, helping create a more consistent puck and a more even espresso extraction.

The NCD features four uniquely designed distribution blades that efficiently spread coffee grounds throughout the basket. Its advanced anti-static coating helps reduce coffee grounds sticking to the tool after use. The adjustable height system uses numbered markings for precise, millimetre-level adjustments, making it suitable for different coffee densities and espresso setups.

Built entirely from metal, the NCD combines a stainless steel centre with anodised aluminium components. Its textured sides provide a secure, comfortable grip, while the approximately 386 g weight gives the tool a solid and controlled feel during preparation.
