The G-iota Pro83 VS v3 (also known as DF83 VS V3 and Turin83 VS v3) is a high-end coffee grinder designed for demanding enthusiasts and professionals. VS stands for Variable Speed: this version features electronic RPM control, unlike the standard G-iota Pro83.

Equipped with 83 mm flat burrs in red titanium (silver model only), it ensures a uniform grind, excellent flavor clarity, and outstanding extraction consistency.
