Fonte Specialty Ube Concentrate is made from natural purple sweet potato extract (UBE), gluten-free and 100% vegan. Its smooth vanilla and nut flavor makes it a perfect ingredient for cold or hot drinks like lattes, frappés, matcha or chai latte.
Recipes:
HOW TO ENJOY COLD:
Fill a glass with ice cubes, add 2 pumps of concentrate, pour in cold milk, stir, decorate and enjoy!
HOW TO ENJOY HOT:
Add 2 pumps of concentrate with 150ml of milk and steam together. Decorate and enjoy!
ICED UBE CHAI LATTE:
Fill a glass with ice cubes, add 2 pumps of Fonte Ube Concentrate and fill with cold milk. Prepare 15g of Fonte Spiced Chai, dissolve in a little water and pour slowly on top to create a layer. Decorate and enjoy!
UBE FRAPPÉ:
Add 40g of Fonte Vanilla Frappé into a jar and 2 pumps of Fonte Ube Concentrate. Blend with cold milk and ice cubes. Decorate and enjoy!
UBE MATCHA LATTE:
Add two pumps of Ube Concentrate with 150ml of milk and steam together. Prepare 2g of Fonte Ceremonial Matcha dissolved in a little water and pour slowly on top to create a nice matcha layer. Decorate and enjoy!
