The combination of solidity and design is unique. The Ascaso Dream PID is equipped with an advanced thermoblock and electronic PID temperature controller. The designation PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) promises a very accurate electronic temperature control. But at the same time, this indication seriously shortens the espresso machine. The extra features and professional execution take this 'state of the art' espresso machine to an entirely different level.

Professional Filter Carrier Ascaso Dream PID
The Ascaso Dream PID has a professional brewing group and comes with a filter carrier head of Ø58 mm in diameter. A double coffee spout is fitted to the filter carrier as standard. When you make one cup of coffee you put the espresso cup exactly in the middle. There are 5 filters supplied as standard. A 1 cup and a 2 cup filter for espresso and a 1 cup and a 2 cup supercrema filter for 'regular coffee'. These filters ensure that you can still get a cream layer on your coffee with coarser ground coffee.

In contrast to the standard Ascaso Dream, the Ascaso Dream PID loose coffee comes with a very nice ergonomic wooden handle which is very comfortable to hold and gives a warm natural 'touch'.

Adjustable Pump Pressure OPV (Over Pressure Valve):
This allows the barista, in combination with the P.I.D. and the adjustable pump pressure, to keep full control over the machine.

Heat Resistant Steam Pipe + 1-hole Steam Tip.
The machine is also equipped with a heat resistant steam pipe which rotates 360 degrees. The double-walled steam pipe does not get hot on the outside, so there is no danger of burning hands.

Water tank Lighting
All Ascaso Dream PID machines are equipped with LED lighting above the water tank. This lighting not only looks nice, but also makes it very easy to check if there is still enough water in the water tank.
