coffee made with the napoletana is characterized by an aromatic flavor and light consistency. grind the coffee medium, not as finely as for regular coffee makers.
HOW IT WORKS.
The napoletana maker consists in :
water chamber
filter fitting and filter cap
pouring chamber and lid.
Fill the bottom chamber with water until half centimeter from the steam hole positioned on the side of the chamber. Fill the filter section in the middele with ground coffee. Afther screwing the filter cap on tight, carefully insert the whole filter into the water chamber. Lastly place the pouring chamber on the top of the brewer, aligning the handles. purt the napoletana on the stovetop.Vapor coming out of the steam hol will indicate when the water boils. At this point remove the napolitane from the stove and, by grabbing the handles tightly, flip it over rapidly. The water will seep through the coffee grounds. The brewed coffee is then collected into the pouring chamber. When the percolation procedure is over , remove the water chamber and filter fitting and put the lid on the serving chamber before pouring.
