At first glance, we know that this La Nuova Era machine is robust and reliable, and that it will be a charming asset in the kitchen thanks to its dynamic look. Technical level Cuadra is assembled with professional quality components manufactured in Italy. You can have a machine at home that allows you to prepare coffee and cappuccinos in a few seconds like a real barista. Its volumes will be an asset to chain the extractions, with its tank of 3L, and its boiler Thermo-Siphonnique of 1,8L, which will allow to keep a real thermal stability. It has a stainless steel body, as well as a red ABS shell, which hides a vibration pump under the hood. The brass boiler ensures a constant machine temperature, and the heat is felt on the stainless steel cup heater. In addition to a removable water collection tank, it has a 3-way solenoid valve for deep cleaning of the unit, thanks to the famous E61 unit. La Cuadra has a separate hot water outlet for the preparation of teas, herbal teas, or to lengthen its coffees. This model is also available in black, white, red and chrome.

E61 Group:
The Cuadra espresso machine from La Nuova Era has the legendary E61 group: Ease of use, creamy espressi, powerful and on-demand steam, excellent thermal stability, superior aroma development and mechanical pre-infusion are all assets that characterize this mythical group. It has a mechanical 3-way solenoid valve which depressurizes the filter holder at the end of extraction (prevents water residues in the filter holder after extraction). The excess water is sent to the stainless steel collecting tray under the cup holder. It also protects the pump in case of overpressure. The 3-way solenoid valve means that the machine is backflushable. This means that it can be cleaned thoroughly.
